We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide specialized administrative and secretarial support services to executive and/or financial employees.

About the Role:

  • This is a confidential position that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain sensitive information.
  • You will be working closely with senior executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executive and/or financial employees.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational systems to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to type at least 55 WPM.

  • A competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location.
