The OOH Media Asset and Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless media partner onboarding and asset management across our organization. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of media operations and compliance procedures.

Main Responsibilities
- Media partner onboarding: Ensure that all media partners are properly onboarded and comply with company guidelines and standards
- Asset registry management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assets in the registry, including their status, location, and any issues or discrepancies
- Data analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in asset data to inform business decisions and optimize inventory efficiency
- Collaboration: Work closely with media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve asset-related queries and discrepancies
- Continuous improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve asset management processes and increase operational efficiency

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration
- 2+ years of experience in media operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of media operations, compliance, and data analytics principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
