Job Purpose:


The Court Document Specialist role is responsible for maintaining and organizing case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and supporting the preparation of court documents and materials.


Key Responsibilities:



  • File and organize case documents in accordance with legal protocols.
  • Update case files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and manage deadlines, court dates, and other critical timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and materials.

Requirements:



  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., paralegal, administration) preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
