Job Description:

We are seeking a technical sales specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical sales efforts and project-focused engagements in Nigeria.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new construction projects
  • Establish relationships with project owners, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare and present technical proposals
  • Maintain a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support during project planning and execution
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues


Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering from a top engineering school in Nigeria.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction sector, with a focus on contracts and project execution.
  3. Technical Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in technical sales or business development related to construction projects.
  4. Industry Network: Established connections with construction contractors, project managers, and decision-makers in Nigeria's construction industry.
  5. Certifications: Possession of relevant licenses and certifications required for civil engineers in Nigeria.

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and align technical solutions with customer needs
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
