About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Kano, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
