Job Summary:

Our Human Resource Professional is responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our goals and values. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing payroll processes, and maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide resolutions.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and conflict resolution.
  • Develop performance evaluation systems and facilitate reviews.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.
  • Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities.
  • Support career development initiatives for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles (specific years based on seniority).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
