Production Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Director to lead our RPET manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives
• Supervise and coordinate production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines
• Evaluate employees' performance and coach production teams
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in RPET
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and projects
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of RPET processing and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
