Rental Canopy and Chair Marketing Specialist

AIROYAL HOTEL AND SUITES is seeking a highly motivated Rental Canopy and Chair Marketing Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service to promote and rent canopies, chairs, and other event equipment to customers.

Job Summary:

The Rental Canopy and Chair Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and renting canopies, chairs, and other event equipment to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing revenue. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, attending events, trade shows, and conferences, and coordinating logistics for canopy and chair deliveries, setups, and pickups.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote rental services and maximize revenue.
• Create high-quality promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to showcase services.
• Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase services and build relationships with potential customers.
• Cordinate logistics for canopy and chair deliveries, setups, and pickups.
• Ensure excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and processing rental agreements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Training in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the event rental industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to events, meetings, and customer sites.
• Occasional lifting, bending, and manual handling of equipment.
