Job Description

The Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for reconciling daily sales transactions across all payment channels (POS, bank transfer, etc.), verifying and matching receipts, invoices, and payment records to ensure accuracy. You will also identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and resolve reconciliation differences. Additionally, you will maintain financial reports and provide periodic reconciliation statements, ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
