About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Reconciliation Officer to manage our financial data. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience in financial record-keeping, and a strong understanding of financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily sales transactions across all payment channels
- Verify and match receipts, invoices, and payment records to ensure accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and resolve reconciliation differences
- Maintain financial reports and provide periodic reconciliation statements
Skills and Qualifications
- HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
