Procurement Specialist

Adeola seeks a Procurement Officer to join its team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization obtains goods and services at the best possible price, quality, and delivery terms.

• We are looking for someone who can identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and manage the entire procurement cycle.
• As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, managing the procurement process, controlling costs, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a procurement role is also necessary.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this position.
