We are looking for a talented Operations Assistant to join our team at TollyClassic Delivery. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and last-mile delivery process.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations, including monitoring stock levels and assisting with dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Warehouse Officer to prevent delays.
• Support riders with delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch to meet customer expectations.
• Track deliveries and update the system with delivery confirmations to maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teams and manage tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to manage administrative tasks and reports.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail to identify and resolve issues promptly.
