Job Overview
In a rapidly evolving business landscape, Xpedient Services seeks a visionary HR leader to spearhead its global human resources operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & HR Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy that fosters talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to inform and support business strategies through people-centric solutions.
  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives to promote a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven organizational culture.
  • Lead HR due diligence and integration processes during mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier talent globally, focusing on technical expertise relevant to the power/energy industry.
  • Implement workforce planning strategies to identify current and future talent needs, address skill gaps, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in key markets.

Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Employee Relations Frameworks:
  • Establish robust employee relations frameworks to manage grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, health and safety regulations, and ethical employment practices across all operating regions.
  • Manage risk related to employee relations, legal disputes, and regulatory audits.

Learning & Development:
  • Comprehensive Learning Programs:
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to build leadership capability, technical expertise, and soft skills across the organization.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities tailored to the evolving needs of the business and the energy sector.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential talent for critical roles.
