Human Resources Generalist

Pruvia Integrated Limited is a leading real estate company seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and compliance.

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the recruitment process, administering benefits, and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Administering benefits, including health insurance, pension, and other employee benefits
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification, such as CIPM or SHRM, is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate sector, is required. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Proficiency in HR software and systems is also required.
