Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at Pruvia Integrated Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our business objectives by providing effective HR services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification, such as CIPM or SHRM, is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate sector, is required. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Proficiency in HR software and systems is also required.
