About This Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Hotel Floor Supervisor to join our team at IBIC Holdings. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned floors and ensuring that all rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Your primary objective will be to manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with other departments, including Guest Relations and Front Office, to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of guest requests and special arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to achieve excellent results.
  • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and mentorship to housekeeping staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Act as a senior authority on operational matters, handling escalations and managing conflict resolution.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement development plans to ensure high staff engagement and retention.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and amenities, optimizing inventory control and budget adherence.
  • Forecast resource needs based on hotel occupancy and special events, ensuring adequate staffing and supply availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are managed effectively.
  • Engage with guests directly to resolve issues and gather feedback, using insights to enhance the guest experience.
