We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at PEM Security Guard Network.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering counsel, reviewing business operations, and negotiating legal contracts. They will also represent clients in court and during board meetings.

Responsibilities
  1. Advise on complex legal matters and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Review and negotiate legal contracts to protect the interests of the company and its clients.
  3. Represent clients in court and during board meetings, using their expertise to advocate for their rights.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A strong background in law, preferably with experience in corporate law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Salary and Benefits
