We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer and Compliance Specialist to join PEM Security Guard Network. This role requires strong legal knowledge and the ability to ensure the legality of all company activities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex legal matters, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to the company, ensuring that all activities are conducted within the bounds of the law.
  • Reviewing and negotiating legal contracts, including employment agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Representing the company in court and during regulatory meetings, advocating for our interests and protecting our rights.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in corporate law, including experience in contract review and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex legal issues.
