Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level Secretary to join our team at People Capacity Management. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to senior management, with a focus on mortgage banking or related financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe and document high-level meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
3. Supervise junior secretarial staff and provide mentorship.
4. Manage confidential client and financial information with discretion.
5. Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field.
2. 10-15 years of experience in mortgage banking or related financial services.
3. Certificate in ICSR would be an added advantage.
4. Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking regulations and legal procedures.
5. Expertise in MS Office Suite, transcription tools, and legal software.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
