Senior Administrative Coordinator

As a key member of the People Capacity Management team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage banking or related financial services, with a proven track record of effective communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe and document high-level meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
3. Supervise junior secretarial staff and provide mentorship.
4. Manage confidential client and financial information with discretion.
5. Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field.
2. 10-15 years of experience in mortgage banking or related financial services.
3. Certificate in ICSR would be an added advantage.
4. Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking regulations and legal procedures.
5. Expertise in MS Office Suite, transcription tools, and legal software.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
