• You will process transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
• You will build and maintain relationships with customers, driving repeat business and loyalty through excellent customer service.
• You will stay updated on company promotions, events, and loyalty programs, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
• You will manage social media handles for the company, responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
