About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Specialist to join our team at Vertiline Synergy Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to designated locations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Ride a motorcycle along designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of packages.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Loading and unloading packages or documents onto the motorcycle, safely transporting them to designated locations within the specified time frame.
  • Familiarize yourself with local routes and traffic patterns to optimize delivery efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a bike courier or delivery driver preferred.
  • A valid motorcycle license.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
  • Physical fitness and stamina for long rides.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
