Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our production team as a Senior Wire Manufacturing Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up machines that automatically cut and shape coiled wire to produce high-quality nails.

  • Set up machines according to work order specifications, using hand tools.
  • Install and secure die plates and nail-point cutting knives, and position feeding mechanisms.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality control measures.
  • Discuss observations with supervisors and update required reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical processes and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • OND/HND or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering.
