Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team at AIROYAL HOTEL AND SUITES. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements, for review and approval by senior management.
• Accounting Records Management: Maintain and manage accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, to minimize risk and protect the organization's reputation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial performance against budget, to inform business decisions.
• Audits and Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and assist with audits, as required, to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders, to provide timely and accurate information on the organization's financial position and performance.
• Accounting System Maintenance: Maintain and update accounting systems, including software and hardware, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferably with certifications in accounting or finance.
• Certifications: Any Accounting certification is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including spreadsheets and financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
