Job Description

NINESTARS AGRICULTURAL LIMITED seeks a detail-oriented and highly skilled Construction Data Insights Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of construction processes, project management, and data analysis. This role is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making and improve project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Management:
• Gather, organize, and manage data from various construction projects, including timelines, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collect data from project management software, on-site reports, and other sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze construction-related data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for project managers and executives, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable insights to help improve project performance and achieve targets.
Project Monitoring & Forecasting:
• Track project progress against timelines and resource utilization to ensure projects stay on track.
• Forecast potential risks and suggest corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve project performance based on data insights.
