Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the Abuja or Port Harcourt real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage branch operations, including sales, leasing, and facility management
• Mentor and guide branch staff to achieve their objectives
• Oversee administrative functions and maintain organizational standards

Requirements
A first degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline is required. Chartered membership of professional bodies such as NIEVS and ESVARBON is also necessary. Minimum 13-15 years of real estate sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of the local market are essential.
