Our Academic Counsellor will play a critical role in supporting our students' academic journey and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote academic excellence and student success.
  • Counsel students on course selection, career options, and academic goals.
  • Provide individualised support to students who require extra assistance.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to develop curriculum and academic policies.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students on various aspects of IT training programmes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, career counselling, or student enrolment (preferably in IT education).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and address their concerns effectively.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
