Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our dynamic team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional team management skills, and a deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region.

This role requires:

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to align regional goals with overall business objectives
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets within the region
Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will oversee the following key responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  2. Team Management & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  4. Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze regional sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and managing large teams
