Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Nalis Pharmaceuticals seeks a seasoned Chief Security Officer to oversee all security operations within the company, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
  • Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective coverage and response.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a rapid response to security incidents.
  • Investigate security breaches and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to enhance overall security.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems and risk management practices.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:

ND/HND in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field. Experience in a senior security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting, is required.
