Route Manager

GMAS LIMITED requires a skilled and experienced Driver to transport employees and goods safely and efficiently. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of safe driving and excellent time management skills. They will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safe and timely transportation of employees and goods.
• Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.
• Updating monthly mileage records accurately.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule to optimize routes and reduce downtime.
• Monitoring vehicle documents expiration and renewal dates.

• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• A clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, Google Maps, and similar phone apps.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods in Ibadan and interstate routes.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., during rush hour).
• Appropriate dressing during work hours.
• Good communication skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
• Knowledge of required vehicle documents.
