About the Role:

As a Dispatch Rider with HRPS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages and documents across Victoria Island. You will be expected to ride a motorcycle safely and efficiently, navigating through traffic while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver items to designated locations within the specified time frame, ensuring that packages are delivered intact and in good condition.

Responsibilities:
• Ride a motorcycle to designated locations to deliver packages and documents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures for delivery operations.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
• Collect payments or obtain signatures as required for proof of delivery, and ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also necessary. Additionally, 3 years of experience as a bike courier or delivery driver is preferred.
• Physical fitness and stamina for long rides are essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills, are also required.
• A valid motorcycle license and good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns are mandatory. Ability to navigate using GPS or maps and a customer service-oriented attitude are highly valued.
