Sales Representative Job Description

At Regain Hope Properties Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Gain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify selling opportunities and challenges.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with potential and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs and requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager or relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts and maximize opportunities.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
