Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate property tours and showings for potential buyers or tenants, ensuring that clients receive accurate and detailed information about the properties they are interested in.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation, and maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and property details.
- Conduct follow-up communications to gather feedback after property showings or transactions, and keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions.
- Educate clients about the real estate process, market trends, and relevant regulations, and provide information on financing options and connect clients with mortgage brokers if necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and conflicts professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions, and work with other departments or team members to resolve issues that may arise during the buying or renting process.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and competitor activities, and provide clients with relevant market information to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining office organization.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of properties, and provide insights from customer interactions to contribute to marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in customer service.
