Job Summary:

MGE Realty is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate industry in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales plans aligned with market trends and company objectives
Establish sales strategies with KPIs and adapt resources to support sales initiatives
Identify strategic business opportunities for the company to generate revenue
Develop pricing strategies to optimize profits and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Grow client network and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Requirements:

First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria
Proven track record of success selling landed assets and services
Excellent negotiation and sales leadership skills
Good interpersonal relationship skills
