As a Recruitment Specialist at Ascentech Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibility will be to source and recruit candidates for the services industry.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent English communication and writing skills. You should be able to take initiative in developing and implementing efficient solutions.

Your duties will include helping the Talent Acquisition Manager to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate freelance platforms. You will also screen candidates' resumes and job applications, conduct interviews when necessary, and negotiate rates to fit the company's needs.

Promptly onboarding new talents on our vendor portal is also an essential part of this role.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that all recruitment processes are followed smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a language-related field
