Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution processes as needed.

- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.

- Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adapt company policies accordingly.

- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
