Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Manager to join our finance team at Jtech Global Resources limited.

About the Role:

• This role involves managing financial transactions related to both accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• You will be responsible for preparing and issuing payments to vendors, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintaining organized records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation is also a key aspect of this role.
• In addition, you will monitor incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely collections for accounts receivable.
• You will also assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.

Key Qualifications:

• An Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable functions is preferred, ideally in the financial services or technology sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions is essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel is required.
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and gift card processing is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also required.

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on location and experience.
