Sako Solar Power is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Solar Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in solar sales management, with a proven track record of success.

Job Summary

The Senior Solar Sales Director will be responsible for managing and training the sales team, improving overall sales performance, and developing strategies to increase market share. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
  • Responsible for striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and liaising with companies for business deals
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance
  • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share
  • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract
  • Sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions
  • Identify customers, distributors, companies, and facilitate transactions
  • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in solar sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of the solar industry and market trends
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
