Job Description:

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new staff members.
  • Develop HR Policies: Create and implement HR policies that promote a positive work environment and adhere to labor laws.
  • Oversee Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.
  • Lead Performance Management: Manage performance appraisals, provide regular feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and providing guidance on policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations to protect the company and its employees.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification: HR certification and additional certifications in Hospitality, Human Relations, or Management are a plus.
