Job Description

As an In-House Legal Counsel at Daytona, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice to the business and its stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company operates within the bounds of the law and maintains a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Risk Management: Design and implement company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver legal training to the business to promote best practices and ensure that employees understand their legal obligations.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with changes to legislation and regulations that affect the business and its industry.
