Frontier Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Your primary responsibility will be to lead a sales team, setting goals, developing strategies, and driving results.
- You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- In addition, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with tailored real estate solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- You will identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Finally, you will foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting professionalism, integrity, and compliance in all aspects of our business.
