Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace, performing daily cleaning duties, and ensuring facilities cleanliness.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace by performing daily cleaning duties.
  • Responsible for cleaning office workspaces, restrooms, and kitchen.
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners twice weekly.
  • Dust furniture and blinds periodically and clean windows and fans.
  • Ensure facilities cleanliness and report any damage or mismanagement to management.
  • Notify management of any cleaning needs.
  • Assist with property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Run office errands as requested.
  • Perform receptionist duties.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of SSCE/NECO/GCE qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must reside within Warri, Nigeria.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of ₦120,000 - ₦180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will have opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
