About the Role:

The Property Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. They will identify and engage potential clients to generate sales leads, develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate sales leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available listings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
