Job Summary:
Salesville Properties is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services while maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants must reside around Ajah or Sangotedo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Must reside in or around Ajah/Sangotedo.
