Programme Officer for Conflict Resolution and Inclusion

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Officer for Conflict Resolution and Inclusion to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with our experienced Program Manager, Gender, and Peacebuilding to design and develop projects that promote peaceful coexistence and address gender disparities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support project design and proposal development in collaboration with the Program Manager, Gender, and Peacebuilding;
• Develop project-specific work plans and results frameworks to ensure effective project implementation;
• Conduct desk reviews of gender and security issues in target states, including context briefing notes;
• Search and flag up relevant call for proposals on gender, security, and peacebuilding;
• Collaborate with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) staff to develop project indicators and data collection tools;
• Provide technical support to mainstream gender and social inclusion into program activities.
