Master Bartender

At Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Mixologist to join our team. This role requires expertise in mixology, creativity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Develop and Serve High-Quality Cocktails: Craft unique cocktails and beverages to meet customer preferences.
• Create Seasonal and Innovative Menu: Develop a seasonal and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the venue's ambiance and attracts patrons.
• Maintain Bar Area: Ensure a clean, stocked, and organized bar area is maintained at all times.
• Monitor and Manage Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
• Train Bar Staff: Provide training to bar staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, maintaining a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests.

• Education: B.Sc./ H.N.D in Hospitality management or any field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
