Protective Services Lead

As a Security Supervisor at PEM Security Guard Network, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and supervise a team of guards to ensure seamless security operations.

• Vetting and Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on potential guards to verify their credentials and ensure their suitability for the role.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training to guards on security protocols, emergency procedures, and other relevant topics.
• Deployment: Deploy guards to client sites, ensuring they are properly equipped and briefed on site-specific requirements.
• Supervision: Monitor and evaluate guard performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide timely feedback on guard performance.

• Proven experience in security management or a related field.
