Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select qualified guards for various assignments.
  • Vet and conduct background checks on potential guards to ensure their suitability for the role.
  • Train guards on security protocols and procedures to equip them for success.
  • Deploy guards to client sites, ensuring they are properly equipped and briefed.
  • Supervise guards to guarantee adherence to company policies and standards.
  • SOURCE AND RECRUIT QUALIFIED GUARDS TO MEET CLIENT NEEDS.
  • Ensure that company image is protected and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with management to provide feedback on guard performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of guard activities and documentations.
Requirements
  • Experience in security management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
