About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the position of Supermarket Store Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading our employees, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and employee supervision.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, including resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Employee Management: Supervise, train, and develop store employees, including performance management and coaching.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
