Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Bisedge Logistics & Infrastructure. As a key member of our HSE department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to the highest environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential environmental hazards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential environmental risks in the workplace.
  • Implement effective control measures to mitigate identified risks and hazards.
  • Maintain detailed records of environmental incidents and near misses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver environmental training programs to employees at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an environmental role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
